Chill Life Shipping Policy

At Chill Life, we are committed to providing reliable and timely delivery for every order. The following policy outlines our shipping procedures and expectations for both domestic and pre-order items.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During periods of high order volume—such as new product launches or promotional events—processing times may be extended. Customers will be notified of any significant delays.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates

Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and selected service level. Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 5 to 8 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2 to 4 business days

Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed. Chill Life is not liable for shipping delays due to weather, holidays, or carrier-related issues.

Pre-Order Shipping

Items listed as Pre-Order—such as limited-edition releases—will ship on or before the stated shipping date on the product page (e.g., April 15 for the Mental Fitness x Big Game Sweatshirt – Pink).

Orders that include both in-stock and pre-order items may be held until all items are available, unless otherwise indicated.

Shipping Coverage Area

At this time, Chill Life ships only to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping. We hope to expand our service area in the near future.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to reflect carrier activity.

Shipping Issues

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of the expected delivery date at hello@chill-life.com. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.

Address Corrections

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. If an address change is required after the order is placed, contact us immediately at hello@chill-life.com. While we will make every effort to assist, we cannot guarantee changes after processing has begun.
